Membership Agreement

Welcome!

All services and products provided are done in the private, not public, including but not limited to: acupuncture, nutrition coaching, life coaching, hypnotherapy, natural law consulting, equity services, teaching, online or live courses, and any and all content disseminated for educational purposes whether live or recorded, and any other service that is provided in the future.

Tarah Long, living woman and moral sentient being, is providing services to other living women and men and moral sentient beings. All services and products provided are done so in a private capacity.

The intention is to provide, in the private, services that connect you to your soul so you may become more aligned with your truth, which leads to a life of deep joy, purpose, and love.

What is a PMA?

A Private Membership Association is a group of two or more like-minded men and/or women who voluntarily come together in a private, contractual relationship to share resources, knowledge, and services outside the jurisdiction of public laws, regulations, and oversight. By joining, you, the member, agree to a mutual-consent relationship with Tarah Long, where all interactions remain confidential.

A PMA does not need any authority or permission, of any kind whatsoever, from any government for its creation or in order for it to continue to exist and function.

A PMA is created by and exists upon the contract authority and power that people have reserved for themselves.

Agreements between Tarah Long and Member

You agree to conduct yourself with self-governance and to take full responsibility for your experience. If you have an issue or problem with the membership or any service provided, you agree to tell Tarah and have a conversation to resolve said problem, rather than seeking remedy outside of the association (legal or otherwise). The intention is to never do harm to another man or woman, and it is asked that you adopt the same intention.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tarah Long, Simply Free, and any location in which it operates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses. Any resolution will be limited to the amount paid for services, less any expenses incurred. Under no circumstances will Simply Free or Tarah Long enter into a legal court to attempt resolution. The member waives the right to such action.

You are solely responsible for yourself. Any advice or service provided is intended for educational purposes and does not replace your own inner knowing, intuition, or choices. Tarah is not responsible for your choices or how you choose to integrate the work done through the PMA.

Dispute Resolution Clause: If you act out of alignment with the association, or exhibit behavior or speech that does not reflect the PMA and its values, Tarah has the right to remove you, the member, from the association and cancel your membership. Tarah or another board member will give you the opportunity to explain said acts or speech if you feel it has been misunderstood.

Any records, transactions and communications within this PMA remain private and confidential, and will not involve external entities without prior written consent of all parties.

You agree to non-disclosure and non-dissemination of any and all content provided by Tarah Long and Simply Free.

You agree not to distribute, forward, disseminate, record, post, publish, broadcast, redistribute, sell, share, otherwise disclose audio recordings, recorded and/or live-stream videos, downloads, written work product, documents, samples created by Simply Free including documents, research, educational information processes, procedures, protocols, or intellectual property shared by Simply Free that is not public knowledge or publicly published. The nature of the information and the manner of disclosure are such that a reasonable man or woman would understand it to be confidential.

Simply Free accepts donations or gifts for services via cash, check, Venmo, CashApp, or another agreed upon exchange.

By engaging with any service or product that Simply Free provides, you are agreeing to be a member of the Simply Free Private Membership Association.
